Directs and coordinates all activities for the EBD (Existing Building Documentation) Services department and assists the Director of Technical Services in recommending departmental procedures and long-range goals and objectives for the EBD department. Monitors all EBD timesheets, project activities, invoices, and budgets to ensure progress is being maintain towards the project agreement, goals, and objectives.Responsible for overseeing EBD Services Department to maintain overall quality of work, ensure all projects are within budget, maintain a high-level of customer service and satisfaction, as well as, to guarantee the EBD services teams are meeting and exceeding project deadlines, ex and clients are receiving the best customer service.

Responsible for the overall completion and quality control of all architectural related CAD deliverables. Provide continuing education and training as related to the architectural field for all CAD personnel.

Responsible for customer satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of Quantapoint as-built laser documentation™ projects. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through deep understanding of core requirements, exemplary service, and fast response times.This includes internal training, pre-project planning, field services, data analysis and integration, drawing and model creation, quality control, delivery and ongoing support.

Producing 2D drawings and 3D models from laser-scanner data for man-built environments including architectural and engineering applications. Significant experience leading projects for Quantapoint’s as-built condition drafting services. Specializes in historical and ornamental detailing.
