• Worked with the GSE’s, JP Morgan Chase, and the FRBNY to define, test, and implement the business requirements and production processes for all securities issued on the CSP.
• Defined and managed the Controls and Compliance Rules Environment with no major fallout.
• Led the team through Integrated Testing, Parallel Processing, and Production Implementation with the GSE’s, the Fed, and JP Morgan Chase.
• Managed the team through the launch of the UMBS and monthly production processing that followed.
• Managed the team through a period of explosive growth in a little over a year after implementation. Monthly transactions increased by more than 100% with the UPB issued reaching a record monthly volume of $500 billion.

• SME to the FUSE (Fannie Mae Unified Securities Environment) project. Responsibilities included:
• Managed the relationship with the Fed and DTCC to ensure that changes required by FUSE were implemented in a manner and timeframe acceptable to Fannie Mae.
• Designed, developed, and implemented detailed plans for converting Fannie Mae assets held at the Fed, the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and State Street Bank.
• Led the effort with the Operations Risk Management team to ensure that all controls and compliance rules were defined, tested and functioning properly.

Washington DC-Baltimore Area

• Managed a team of 20 business analysts supporting the U.S. Treasury Making Home Affordable (MHA) Program. Activities and Responsibilities included.
• Translated MHA program policy into clear, concise, auditable, testable, and technology independent business requirements.
• Worked with Legal, FHFA, MHA-C, and Treasury to ensure consistent program requirements.
• Managed quarterly releases to the platform along with departmental budget and headcount.

• Responsible for the complete trade life cycle of all Cash, Debt, and MBS transactions executed by Fannie Mae. Activity exceeded 140,000 wires/day and $20 trillion annually.
• Managed a staff of 30+ employees.
• Responsible for all Debt, Stock, MBS, and Structured Transaction issuance and settlement.
• Implemented Multi-Site Production Operations for the division (Employees located in Washington DC, Urbana MD, and Dallas TX.
• Defined and implemented SOX 404 controls for the division with zero deficiencies noted.
• Business Liaison/SME representing Fannie Mae a various industry events hosted by SIFMA, the Fed, DTCC, etc.
