Responsible for opening of the Wine Bar and ready to serve the public

My time as Individual engineer I did many projects including new products introduction. When new products were introduced to the manufacturing and assembly areas I was responsible for to get the areas ready for new products to be made. Writing SOP’s, identifying CCPs and testing methods to Recreating unit testing to conform with governing standards and recording results. Identifying process capabilities, time studies, recommendation equipment purchases, identifying jigs and fixtures needs and upgrades. Working with R&D to modify designs for better assembly, more reliable units, substitute new items with current designed items. Improved product designs for cost improvements. New product packaging verification and package shipping testing for world wide shipping.

As industrial specialist in the Manufacturing Engineering department. My focus was on one corporate project as a member of a team changing the corporate MRP system. My roll on the team was to streamline the manufacturing process and universalize it into the different facilities across north America. The goals included better capturing of labour costs, material cost and cost of quality into the accounting GL system. The goal was to more accurately benchmark current practices and allow to capturing improvement savings. As well as supporting new products in to different facilities rather than just one. This allows flexibility for better use of the processes across the manufacturing network to best utilize the corporation’s manufacturing capabilities.
