• Technical Administrator Appointed out of role to perform the role of Technical Administrator for department to utilize experience and knowledge of processes gained over the past 11 years
• The centralized point of contact for a department of 64 people. Liaised between the customers, internal departments and external agencies, negotiating timelines, Coordinating and managing events, compiling statistics.
• Administered the induction process for personnel and contractors ensuring compliance with safe systems of Work (SSOW) and Unit Equipment Care Directive (UECD). Addressed complaints, pinpointed serious equipment.
• Re-structured and streamlined processes within the department to allow an easy transition from an outdated IT system to a newly implanted system.
• Regularly involved with the auditing process within the Department and Company. This included amendments, inspecting departments ensuring compliance with the UECD and advising when necessary.

Thorney Island

• DH3 is the primary Unmanned Aircraft System used for quick mission surveillance in Afghanistan. It is very complex with night vision cameras and build in guidance and control systems.
• Commanded a section of 4 technicians in Afghanistan, testing, repairing, maintaining and modifying the DH3 system. Provided guidance to the customer on fault prevention, launch and landing sites and fault procedures.
• Liaison with the manufacture advising, improving performance, reliability and trend analysis. As spares where sent from America. Implemented spares packs based on attrition rates over set times increasing efficiency.

Thorney Island

• Mounted on an armored vehicle HVMs primary use is defending airspace from helicopters and slow moving aircrafts with the use of 3 laser beam riding submunitions.
• Controller of a team of 4 Technicians and 2 Vehicle mechanics Responsible for a fleet of 12 Vehicles.
• Repaired, maintained, inspected and modified the electronics for the vehicle and the missile firing, sighting and tracking systems.
• Trained and assessed junior tradesmen’s competence on the system and provided guidance as a subject matter expert.

Paderbourne

• GPATE consists of two work platforms. General Purpose Thermal Imaging Repair Facility (GPTIRF) and General Purpose Digital Test and Diagnostic Facility known as (GPDTDF). These systems support a wide range of equipment.
• Responsible for a 12 operator crew arranging shift patterns, forecasting timelines on workloads. Solely responsible of repairing and maintaining the test facilities.
• Regularly delivered equipment care training educating operators. Reducing faults and maximizing production.

Osnabruck

• AS90 is a track mounted long range self propelled artillery system built by BAE systems.
• Responsible for repairing, maintaining and modifying the electrical and optical systems on the Vehicle.
