Recommend cost-effective protective measures and countermeasures for DARPA personnel, programs, and activities. Enable DARPA’s CI program to realize the positive attributes inherent in combining IC resources with a trained/qualified internal multi-disciplined security team in applying Intelligence/CI context to protecting DARPA programs. This nascent internal structure will develop or adapt existing programs, systems, and procedures to proactively counter foreign intelligence collection efforts and activities, including sabotage and terrorist activities.
