Responsible for all Information Technology (IT) systems and services for the Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC IMD), a three-star joint command responsible for the global integration and synchronization of ballistic missile defense assets. Ensures that all mission systems in the Operation Center (OC) are properly maintained and available to enable the command to execute its mission. Ensures that all general service systems, with classifications up to Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) meet all appropriate DoD information assurance requirements. Responsible for the mission readiness of the command's Continuity of Operations (COOP) site. Manages a $3.2 million dollar contract providing IT support for over 100 staff members. Directly supervises one Army Chief Warrant Officer, one Air Force Officer, six DoD civilians and 20 contractors.

Maintains equipment and prescribed load list requirements for all equipment unique to the arctic environment. Supervises the troop's Family Readiness Group and ensures that it is capable of passing information and supporting our Soldier's families. Signs for and accounts for property book valued in excess of 52 million dollars.

Executive Officer for an arctic parachute Headquarters and Headquarters Company capable of deploying anywhere in the world within 54 hours of notification, conducting a parachute assault, and winning the ensuing combat. Responsible for coordinating all logistical and administrative support for a company composed of 20 officers and 160 enlisted soldiers. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance for over $16 million in equipment, including 147 pieces of rolling stock, 433 weapons, 571 night vision systems and optics and 430 pieces of communications equipment. Perform the duties of the commander in his absence. Responsible for the training, health, and welfare of an eight-man headquarters platoon.
