My network of diplomatic policymakers, allied U.S. state foreign leadership, and military leadership extends across the Americas, Maghreb, sub-Saharan Africa, the Levant, Western European, and Mashraq Middle Eastern regions. I have over twenty-six years of combined experience in U.S. military Special Operations, U.S. State Department Diplomatic Security, Counterterrorism/Anti-terrorism and Countering Violent Extremism programs. My work has built lasting relationships with high-level domestic and foreign government officials, foreign state military commanders, international organizations, NGO's and humanitarian organizations operating in unconventional and challenging environments. Advised senior foreign government officials, diplomats, and military leadership in Djibouti, Somalia, Tanzania, South Africa, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, and the Philippines. Assisted international and independent human rights groups in personal protective security as well as host nation compliance standards, policy and functional operational procedures.
