I review and analyze the work product of other team members, ensure SLAs are met and fulfilled, draft and organize non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions as well as PERM filings, correspond with clients, track progress and status of hundreds of cases at a time, and assist the attorneys with special writing projects and reporting. Those special writing projects include: * Providing analysis on EB-1 Green Card candidates (Multinational Manager/Outstanding Researcher/Extraordinary Ability) and O-1 visa candidates for attorney and client discussion;* Drafting EB-2 NIW petitions and recommendations letters for petitioners and self-petitioning applicants that wish to avoid the PERM process;* Drafting O-1 petitions for researchers and business people of extraordinary ability;* Drafting EB-1C/L-1 RFE responses and H-1 specialty occupation RFE responses;* Conduct initial assessments of work location, SOC codes, and wage assessments for H-1B purposes;*Preparing initial E visa registrations for companies at US Consulates abroad. I also spearhead special automation projects for client notifications and updates, as well as coordinating with our consular practices team on DS-160 and appointment booking activities.Some of the petitions I work on include: F-1 STEM OPT training plans, L-1A & L-1B petitions, O-1A petitions, L-1A and L-1B visa applications at U.S. Consulates abroad based on blanket Ls, H-1B visa petitions, E-3 visas, TN visas, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 Green Cards and Adjustments of Status, PERM labor certifications (from drafting the Prevailing Wage Request, to preparation & initial review of audit files, through submission of the PERM), AOS Portability and AOS interfilings, marriage-based Green Cards, Re-entry Permits, and Employment Authorization Documents for spouses of H1B visa holders. I also assist with preparation and drafting of complex RFE responses on NIV and IV cases.I am proficient with Connect.

I wrote visa petitions for inter-company transfers, treaty investors/treaty traders, training visas, religious worker visas, EB-5 investor Green Cards, multi-national managers/executive Green Cards. I also had experience with petitions to remove conditions on marriage-based Green Cards. I kept track of client needs and deadlines, responded to the Immigration Service's Requests for Evidence, and communicate with American Consulates all over the world.I also drafted promotional e-mails for the firm and correspondence for the firm's attorneys.

Managed the E-Rate/Universal Service Fund bid response project for three years. I tracked deadlines, organized bid responses, put together quotes and proposals, invoiced clients and filed paperwork with the government to keep up our E-Rate eligibility.I also rolled calls, organized files, proofread and edited internal documents, and tracked and organized sales demonstrations.

I co-founded a socially active student theatre company at Northwestern University. I helped the company secure 501 (c) (3) non-profit status, created budgets for two theatrical productions, and helped raise both funds and awareness for the theatre company.

I wrote grants and program notes for shows. I conducted dramaturgical research. I also coordinated information and schedules between the artistic staff in NYC and the other producers in Chicago.
