Over the last few years I have developed a love for customer service and sales in the restaurant industry. I enjoy providing people with a comfortable and memorable experience, where they feel at home. I am constantly communicating with customers and fellow employees; opening up conversation, developing relationships, promoting the establishments brand, selling products, and facilitating a fun and comfortable environment for everyone I can.The majority of my experience is as a server, but I also have experience doing food prep, take out, catering, fine dining, cleaning, retail, sales, and as a cashier. Fast paced, busy environments where I am responsible for multiple tasks at once are where I thrive. I also enjoy working as a team with great people.My other passions are public speaking, performance, writing, and mindfulness. I often perform at poetry, music, and comedy open mics and have given many speeches throughout my life. As a Liberal Arts Communications Major at Massachusetts Bay Community College my studies are focused towards writing, media, and marketing. I plan on unifying these passions into my career.
