In addition to 10-4 inc offices in London and Paris, 10-4 Africa now operates out of Cape Town and caters for high end fashion shoots on the African continent.

Throughout the duration of my employment with Art Partner and Mario Testino, my roles and responsibilities included Photographic Assistant, Studio Manager, as well as Business, Legal, Financial and Property related responsibilities.Studio Manager; Management of the studio, clients and crew; including talent, logistics, catering, outsourcing and managing staff as well as client billing on job completion.Client list includes, US, UK and French Vogue, V, Versace, D&G, Kate Moss, Angelina Jolie and Madonna to name a few.Photographic Assistant; film, camera and lighting orders, Location Rekkies, film/digital picture editing, printing/retouching lab contact. Client list includes, US,UK and French Vogue, Michael Kors, Estee lauder, Gucci, Versace as well as many A-list celebrities. Business, Legal, Financial & Property related responsibilities for Art Partner London and Mario Testino:Business: implementation and development of multiple design and photography related business models.Financial: Maintaining accurate company accounts, supplying accountants with accurate financial information in order to calculate VAT returns and other government related requirements, Budgeting and forecasting, inter-company recharges and exterior client invoicing. Legal: Ensuring all aspects of the companies legal responsibilities are undertaken. Ensuring all legal issue that may arise are effectively dealt with in conjunction with the company lawyer including government related issues, staffing, Intellectual property, copyrights and trademark issues. Property: Acting landlord, Rent and lease negotiations for several occupying companies. Maintenance and up keep of all office assets including cars, IT equipment and furniture, Staff: Wage negotiations, Staff employment contracts and office handbook, human resource manager to 12 permanent members of staff including my personal assistant.

In addition to the agency and studio roles I was also responsible for Mario Testino's Personal Affairs, Financial: Maintaining accurate accounts of his multiple companies and supplying accountants with information to submit VAT returns and fulfill other government related responsibilities. UK invoicing and administration of UK based income.Family Trust: Work in conjunction with trust administrators to undertake and successfully manage financial affairs.Legal: Work in conjunction with various lawyers to undertake and effectively manage all legal aspects of Mr Testino's affairs.Insurance (art collection/archive/exhibitions), development of Mario Testino personal and Photography insurance policies, Personal Art Collection: Ensuring collection is insured, safely stored and transported. Accountable for the successful management of collections administrator.Archive: Mario Testino's Photographic Archive: Successfully designed and implemented archiving the entirety of Mario Testino's photographic work (print, negative and digital), including remote off-site back-up system in conjunction with our IT Company.

Includes exclusive addresses in London, New York, Los Angeles, Peru and Berlin. Accountable for all property related Berlin. Accountable for all property related issues including management of staff in each location. Successful refurbishment and extension of buildings including planning application, architect appointment, design and concept implementation, construction company appointment and project management. Successfully completed on time and within budget.
