I have the skills necessary to work diplomatically with difficult or irate customers or clients, coordinating work between inside departments and outside personnel to resolve their issues while maintaining a professional image for the company. I have the analytical and critical thinking needed to use along with my technical skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively as required. I coordinate work with contractors' personnel, vendors, representatives and team members. I make informed decisions based on information received, but not afraid to think outside of the box.I maintain an awareness of and sustain acceptable workplace conditions and performed investigations and made recommendations to resolve conflicts. I adhere to approved OSHA safety procedures, including checking voltage on lines and clearing of manholes. I provide On The Job (OTJ) training and mentoring to new and experienced technicians. I work with all levels of management daily. I was previously tasked to create and run a Training Center for technicians on equipment, troubleshooting, repairs and safety. I created my own training sessions and tools/set-ups to teach requested training on technical skills and safety procedures.
