With the acquisition of Tempt by Quad Graphics the opportunity to further the overall platform became the focus. The ability to once again leverage our overall network of employee based talent and additional on-boarding of clients continued the growth forward for Tempt. A specialized direct Sales team was developed over time with a mixture of associates and industry veterans. Once again mentoring of these individuals was part of my responsibility along with my own direct sales to help impact the business. In addition our overall marketing strategies and creativity allowed us to showcase our skill set and help clients understand the role we played in helping their business initiatives.

Tempt In-Store Productions was formed with a direct focus on the In-Store needs of retailers and brands alike. This start up business was built on the core principals of delivering the latest technology along with a highly responsive client service model. Based on vast experience and networks Tempt set out on its vision of creativity, speed to market and overall client satisfaction. Strategically executing on all aspects of this framework we were able to navigate several heads winds as we build out the foundation of a future industry leader.At the earliest stages of the business roles and responsibilities reached far and wide. Generation of sales was my first priority but again were not contained to that role only. The overall business strategy of branding, technology and growing personnel needs were always front and center.

At this time as we were evolving the business to a focused In-Store solution the chance to further impact the business beyond just personal sales presented itself. Building out a team of knowledgeable and service orientated staff along with my day to day sales role was now part of daily activities. Included with this team building was the opportunity to mentor up and coming talent to further the overall business strength. Also with chance to creatively market the business in a variety of formats and styles help create a very impactful company to the In-Store market.
