My experience in DECA at Lake Orion Highschool has not only built me for who I am today in the business field, but has taught me the leadership skills, coordination with team members, and knowledgeable qualities needed to find a success in the business field. I qualified for Michigan's State conference three years throughout high school and was Invited to attend THRIVE conference for International Deca conference in Atlanta, Georgia. I Learned key business skills through sports marketing, travel and tourism, and business management. All of which will contribute to my success in business management.

  • Enhanced the country club’s members’ golf round through expansive course knowledge, reading greens, and giving accurate yardage to the pins and hazards.• Strengthened confidence in my work, allowing golfers to put trust in me while golfing to shoot the best score possible and make the round more enjoyable.• Utilized communication while caddying to make the golfer feel more comfortable around me and to build connections with these successful men and women. • Completed 100 rounds of caddying throughout two years.• Supervised new caddies making sure they followed the right rules on the golf course, gave tips to help get promoted quicker, and assisted them with their golfer if needed.
