Serving as a Primary Training Instructor for New Equipment Training Programs throughout Afghanistan and United States.Assists with the development of detailed lesson plans and training aids on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures through review of publications, reports, blueprints and related course materials. Provides resident and on-site technical assistance and training in the operation and maintenance of assigned systems and associated items. Instructs on the theory and operation of the complete system to include electronics, hydraulics, computer programming, analysis of malfunction reports, system trouble shooting and repair. Reviews completed lesson plans and time requirements with representatives of other Commands in order to assure that scope of course content will meet students needs and overall time allowances are compatible with individual lesson plans.Assists with the development and conduct of technical orientations and demonstrations on new and/or modified equipment.

As a Passenger Support Specialist (PSS) I provide for passenger safety during aircraft operations, I screen passengers and passenger bags, maintain proficiency in emergency equipment use and emergency procedures as well as the orderly and expeditious evacuation of passengers and crew. I provide emergency first aid as needed/required, perform pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight inspections of aircraft emergency and cabin equipment, operate aircraft systems and equipment; such as electrical, interphone, doors and exits, I supervise and perform loading and off-loading of passengers and baggage on aircraft, prepare and validate passenger manifests, perform passenger and baggage inspections, supervise loading and off-loading of baggage, ensure access to escape exits are maintained, control all traffic around aircraft at all locations and I ensure passengers and aircrew are safe and secure until recovery by friendly assets, in the event of an emergency/hard landing. I write and conduct sustainment training and maintain proper aviation currencies.

AN/ASN-128D Doppler GPS Navigation System NET Training Instructor working for the Project Manager Aviation Mission Equipment (PM AME) Field Office. Responsible for planning, designing, creating and executing New Equipment and Sustainment training for the Project Manager, Aviation Mission Equipment. Coordinate maintenance repair strategies & establish timelines and program evaluations and solutions for Command implementation with higher Commands (USARPAC, SOUTHCOM, USAREUR and CASCOM) Integrate maintenance/repair requirements based on asset management for repair of Communications Electronics (C-E) equipment from the Item Managers/Logistics management. Perform technical evaluations for commercially developed training products to ensure a quality product is produced and delivered. Coordinate with PM Utility, PM Kiowa, PM Apache and PM Cargo to provide New Equipment Training for units inducted into the Preset and Reset processes. Prepare budget estimates to include travel, consumables and technical data reproduction used in determining OMA and GWOT funding requirements. Develop and deliver Training Support Package which includes unit and intermediate maintenance training consisting of lesson plans, viewgraphs, practical exercises and interactive Multimedia of Instruction (IMI) Track training effectiveness and submit after action reports to PM AME Develope New Equipment training packages in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 using Microsoft Suite, Fireworks and Macromedia Authorware. Successfully created and delivered task-oriented practical exercises that reinforced classroom instruction.
