Solely responsible for providing onsite leadership for 200+ contracted associates as well as 16 supervisors/managers, for various production positions across ten departments. The client is a world leader in consumer paper products operating a 24/7 production facility.• Maintain all safety and security policies and procedures.• Successfully recruit and assign associates for all serviced areas.• Address and resolve talent management issues.• Work daily with area supervisors to maximize efficiency through overtime containment and strategic forecasting.• Responsible for tracking key metrics and reporting to client committee monthly.• Interact with client leadership to develop relationships, anticipate future needs, and resolve potential issues.

Lead and guide 100+ hourly employees, Plant Manager, Client Services Department, and Warehouse Management to exceed operational goals, as well as monitor performance, provide coaching and development and utilize key performance indicators to make ongoing improvements and enhancements for a 140K sq. ft. center. Conduct monthly reviews with the National Group Director, VP of Operations, CFO, and other unit Managing Directors to analyze P&L, goal attainment, cost reduction, and variance -Reduced labor expenses by 30% over a five-year period by streamlining processes. -Successfully maintained quality performance to <0.5% of revenue credits and reworks. -Negotiated group purchases of supplies and services that amounted to over $100K per annum.

Directed the day-to-day production operations of 100+ employees over two shifts and proactively conducted root cause analysis and corrected operating issues and employee activities. Directed loss reduction programs, safety compliance, training and production plans by monitoring results against plans and created actions accordingly. Frequently collaborated to resolve process flow problems, quality issues, materials control in the delivery and shipment of materials, and technical staff in the resolution of equipment malfunctions.
