Running fleet of mechanical (Track and Trackless) plant. Running of fleet tyre program. Rebuilding of machines including all components.Ordering of spares from different suppliers and running with the logistical process.

Running the daily maintenance of all mining equipment on Lonshi Mine Costing of monthly budgets Ordering of parts from the different suppliers and sourcing new suppliers Communication to the relevant suppliers on Warranty issues

Servicing and repairs of the whole range of Earth moving gear Earthmoving machinery i.e. artic trucks (Volvo A25-A40), Excavators Hitachi (29 ton-120 ton), graders and backhoes and Dozers.

Servicing and repairs of the whole range of Volvo Earthmoving machinery i.e. artic trucks (A25-A40), Excavators (29 ton-46 ton), graders and backhoes. Servicing and repairs to Bomag and JCB equipment. Service and repairs to winget concrete equipment. I was required to liaise between customer and field Service Forman. I undertook all the above work in And outside of South Africa

Controlling a fleet of 49 machines in Lesotho (Morija) Running of Site Workshop with 4 mechanics. Attending to Breakdowns and preventative maintenance. Attending to Month End Reports and all paper work, relating to specific Monthly Progress. Reporting monthly to a Plant Manager on availability. Controlling 17 bakkies mileage. Report to Site Agent for weekly planning

Servicing, general repairs and maintenance. 24 Hour Standby on assortment of plants, managing sites. Ordering of spares needed in Johannesburg and surrounding areas, across the border, e.g. Swaziland, Mozambique, Botswana and Tanzania. Monitoring and assisting staff with work on earthmoving equipment. SOS oil sampling and monitoring warranty claims against Bell Equipment and Mercedes Benz of SA. Controlling all warranty work outstanding on plant. Running a fleet of 19 bakkies. Controlling Service Schedules for 97 pieces of plant

Rebuilds, Services, Repairs and breakdowns on full range of Bell earthmoving equipment, and it was required of me to perform Standby duties

Servicing, Basic maintenance and general repairs on Liehber Excavators, Case Dozers and Bell Dump Trucks. 24 Hour Breakdowns
