A Data Center Technician’s role is to maintain the data center and offer direct support to colocation clients and Peak Hosting operations staff. While acting as the primary contact for the data center(s) and hardware within, they will also proactively seek out new ways to improve the onsite environment, from policy and procedures, to identifying new hardware that might be appropriate for our use. The Data Center Technician is responsible for all client facing and internal systems maintenance as well as trouble ticket processing (via our internal ticketing system).
