Project administrator supporting the delivery of an acquisition/sustainment project for the ADF. Drawing on my experience of Defence systems, networks and processes I maintain and expand corporate knowledge relating to the project whilst ensuring compliance within org frameworks. Working closely with PM staff and technical SMEs, I assist in management of workflow by tracking deliverables against scope/cost/quality/time limitations. I also provide secretarial support for our reporting obligations to the project sponsor, representing the project team in stakeholder engagement where appropriate. As an understudy to the PMs my near-term ambition is to develop the experience required to manage projects of a scale and complexity that is broadly applicable within the public sector.
