General, supervisory, and management experience in fields ranging from customer service and retail to fleet maintenance and management at a state level. Honorably Discharged US Air Force (2007). Recently moved to Colorado and seeking long term employment and potential career work. My most recent work experience as a Field Training Supervisor consisted of team training, supervision, and management to meet company and customer needs. I trained and managed new and experienced employees in onnsite assembly services to meet customer needs throughout the state of Alaska. This was an ongoing seasonal job that worked heavy in the summer months and light throughout the winter. I worked with this company from 2009 to present.Around all of the work experience listed, I completed two degrees with the University of Alaska, AK (UAA). I completed both an Associates of Arts degree (general education) and a BA in Sociology.Prior to my most recent role at NWS, I was the Lead Fleet Technician for the state of Alaska for Pepsi Bottling Company (New Bern Inc) on site in Alaska.In this role I was responsible for asset, fleet, project, and office management for both on site and remote site operations and fleet maintenance. I managed a local shop in Anchorage, AK with four technicians and nearly 150 assets from semi trucks and trailers, forklifts, and other power equipment to manual dollys and other hand equipment. In terms of employee management I was responsible for supervision, training, schedule, conflict resolution, and day to day operations involving the use and work practices of all mechanics throughout the state of Alaska. I managed three remote locations Fairbanks, Soldotna, and Wasilla, AK. These locations had no on site technicians, but were instead run through communication and scheduling with local site leaders and vendors as needed to meet maintenance goals and asset management needs.Going back a little further I worked as a facility manager for the Alaska Club in Anchorage, AK. I managed a crew of 10-15 employees. I was responsible for the facility cleaning and upkeep for two locations.Further back I served in the US Air Force as an armament systems journeyman and ended my career honorably as a crew supervisor. At this level I managed the entire career of assigned Airmen (usually 2 at any given time) as well as supervised aircraft maintenance and loading operations as needed. Reaching this position required extensive training including practical and written experience in time, employee, stress, and operations management.
