Directed lean activity within position 2 wings area in accordance with Boeing Production System model. Initiated 5s program within position 2 wings area. Implemented the usage of FOD wing covers to support 787 FOD program in positions 1 through 4.

Responsible for all emergent detail/sub assembly components within Hard Metals, Blue streak and Large Machining to 787 Final Assembly and Delivery. Implemented breakthrough solutions with Everett and Auburn supply chain analysts on how work was monitored, tracked and delivered to customers. Exceeded delivery goals and commitments to the 787 program resulting in improved delivery/service for detail parts. Received recognition from the highest levels of 787 Program and Auburn Fabrication.
