I am a family man. I enjoy spending most of my free time with my wife and children while doing activities outdoors and in the community. I feel as though there are a lot of life lessons to be learned out there interacting with other people and relish the ability to use these life lessons to empower my children to make good and well thought out decisions.I take a lot from these experiences that I can incorporate into my professional life, which is a huge part of who I am. I am always looking for ways to be better, and get better both personally and professionally, and for how I can improve the lives of those that are around me. After 20 years of experience in both technical work and leadership, I realized that I gained a much greater sense of fulfillment when I was able to work with other people to help them progress and improve in their professional lives.
