I hold over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry and currently serve as the Director of the Virginia Market at TowneBank Mortgage. In my current position, I enjoy coaching sales and operation performance and assisting Loan Officers to increase production.Prior to my career with TowneBank Mortgage, I successfully managed the top unit producer in the country at Chase Mortgage for 10 consecutive years, as well as the number one office nationally in profitability at Chemical Mortgage. I used my managing and coaching skills to excel in loan officer retention and led the nation in loan officer retention at Chase Mortgage in 2013. Working in the mortgage industry allows me and my sales team to make a difference for homebuyers every day. Although I prospered in my career with a national lender, I enjoy working for a local lender who focuses on serving the community with integrity. At TowneBank Mortgage, our in-house operation teams make all decisions locally, allowing us to use common sense decision making and close loans on-time.
