I have expertise in servicing property managers, developers, investors and owners of multi-family housing, commercial, and industrial properties and real estate funds investing in commercial and multi-family properties. I have significant experience in the areas of tax-advantaged real estate financing, including use of the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) , Historic Credits and various programs offered by local, state and federal government agencies such as HUD and MassHousing. I am well versed in the area of Chapter 40B and perform cost certifications and limited dividend compliance for Chapter 40B developments.I am a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Real Estate Finance Association of Greater Boston.
