Rob is the principal in a firm conducting all forms of dispute resolution services; arbitrator, mediator, and consultant on the subject of alternative dispute resolution.Rob has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution; implementing alternative dispute resolution programs for the Superior Court, the training of mediators, arbitrators and evaluators for the Superior Court as well as private providers of alternative dispute resolution services.Since 1980, Rob has arbitrated, mediated or evaluated approximately 3,000 cases involving both physical and economic injuries. Rob has mediated cases for the Superior Courts of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Plymouth counties. He also has responsibilities in the training of new mediators, as well as the continuing education of practicing mediators.
