My current role is responsible for the production team, who collectively deliver locally manufactured nutrients via fertiliser, sulphuric acid to industrial end users, and water treatment chemicals to local and international customers. The role reports to the Operations Manager.I am customer focused, ensuring my team strive towards producing high quality.

Mount Maunganui

As Operations Manager I had full responsibility for the Mount Maunganui site, including oversight of all functions from Raw Material intaking, manufacturing, quality assurance and finished goods dispatching. During this secondment I led the site management team, and helped coach them, with a number of these staff also in seconded roles. Significant growth.

I was accountable for the asset management of the largest fertiliser manufacturing plant in New Zealand, including production equipment, bulk materials handling, a sulphuric acid plant and electrical generation from a 6MW steam turbine. I led the asset team which included Process Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Planning and R&M Maintenance. Key.
