With over 14 years of experience as a lawyer, I am passionate about consumer protection and justice. As the Legal Director at Oregon Consumer Justice, I lead a team of attorneys and advocates who work to ensure that consumers are treated fairly and have access to legal remedies. I oversee the litigation, policy, and education programs of the organization, and partner with other stakeholders to advance consumer rights and interests. In addition to my role at Oregon Consumer Justice, I also run my own law practice, where I provide legal services to individuals and small businesses on various matters, such as contracts, disputes, and personal injury. I have a degree in Philosophy-Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. I have multiple publications and presentations on consumer law topics, and I am a member of several professional associations and committees. I am driven by the mission of empowering consumers and promoting a fair and equitable marketplace.
