My experience spans domestic and international construction disputes as well as quantum analysis of multi-million pound claims on projects in various sectors including government, residential, tourism, real estate, infrastructure, geotechnical, power, water, and oil and gas. My advisory experience covers a whole range of quantity surveying issues including project budgets, late payments, compensation events, re-measurement, valuation of variations, final accounts, set-off and contra charges, cost audits and prolongation, suspension and termination. My contract experience covers NEC, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract. My roles have been on projects in the United Kingdom, Europe and throughout the Middle East.
