I carry out all Sales valuations and specialize in residential sales and contract of reassignment. I have worked for Moving City for the past 10 months. Currently i manage a team of 4 members of staff. We cover the whole of London with off plan resale units. My area of expertise is the East End of London, in the past 10 months a have gained the knowledge and understanding of the market value of properties and Geographic’s of the area. I manage morning meetings, staff training, sales progression, and prospecting, sales pipeline and conduct 121 meetings with my team on a weekly basis to monitor individual targets and mentoring. I have worked in the estate agency industry for the last 12 years starting at the age of eighteen (18). I worked as a senior marketing consultant for Oakwood Homes, Margate office, Kent. I was “headhunted” by Oakwood Homes and have worked for them for the last three years. The Director is on the “shop floor” to oversee the running of the office and I am left to manage a team of two staff members and oversee the general running of the “sales” area of the office. Prior to my current job I managed two different branches for Parkland Estates, again the two branches were in the east of Kent (Birchington-on-the Sea and Cliftonville). Both Oakwood Homes and Parkland Estates have dominated the local house market and for both Agencies I have been the most successful sales executive.I have worked as an estate agent when the local market was buoyant and during the recession and have been able to achieve a level of sales and listing equal to or, in most cases, better than my peers. My ability, even in the “difficult times, was recognized by Andrew Dickinson the Director of Oakwood Homes who recruited me to his team at the height of the housing market recession.
