An independent finance brokerage, formed by some very experienced motor finance and banking specialists. We are able to arrange funding for a wide range of proposals, including, assets, refinancing, start ups etc. due to backing by tier 1 lenders. We work with our clients to help them find simple funding solutions, so that they can concentrate on their core activities.

I moved from Motor Division to the Commercial Bank to assist set up of a Guildford Branch. The new branch plans were abandoned due to economic conditions, however I was successful in• Attracting deposits from new customers • Building a good reputation within the professional community, including Institute of Directors and Surrey Chamber of Commerce• Developing opportunities for lending and switching banks for target companies• Providing cross sale income and referrals

Following acquisition of the International Motors Group I was appointed Brand Manager, to manage the relationship and success of Isuzu, Subaru and Daihatsu Finance.• Responsible for negotiations with the manufacturers and key dealer groups to optimise finance sales whilst achieving targeted levels of profitability, through profit margin and sale of add-ons• Development of area finance sales/add-ons for other Manufacturer/Group Finance companies including Inchcape, Ferrari, Maserati, SsangYong, Morgan, and TVR• Lead and coach team of 3 Business Development Managers

After a 6 month period of managing MG Rover Finance within the South East, I was appointed General Manager of the 4 Finance Companies listed below.• Ferrari Financial Services, Maserati Financial Services, Inchcape Financial Services and Perodua Financial Services.

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of sales operations for the Southern Division, reporting to the Divisional Director. Main duties include:• Submission and review of dealer credit proposals and funding requirements, project work relating to Capital Bank and Halifax Bank of Scotland initiatives and the training and development of 50 staff in aspects of sales and credit disciplines.

• Managing Guildford branch and then following promotion, management of 3 Areas and a team of 15. Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy and the delivery of sales and profit budgets in the Independent Used Car Market.

• Roles included New Business Representative, F&I Executive, District Sales Manager, Manager Proton Finance Ltd and ultimately Business Centre Sales Manager, Bury St. Edmunds
