I am a multi-skilled engineer with a growing reputation in renewable energy and sustainability, with a wide range of experience across a variety of technically demanding industries including, Hydrogen Fuel Systems, Cryogenics, Air Separation, Aerospace and Oil & Gas.I consistently take opportunities to improve my engineering knowledge, either through championing the adoption of Finite Element Analysis to improve lead times for new product introduction by reducing the need for repeated prototypes, or increasing my understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes to minimise the need for redesign and discussion with suppliers. The increased knowledge has helped me to become more adaptable to situations where a quick resolution to problems with projects is necessary.I also have significant experience with the total lifecycle of a variety of complex fabricated assemblies, having been involved in the entire manufacturing process from the initial quotation for bespoke projects, through management of the design and fabrication process as well as ensuring suppliers and sub-contractors meet project deadlines all the while ensuring that product is in compliance with the most stringent statutory and legislative requirements.
