The Remote Case education Specialist, ASEAN will be responsible for supporting CGM to work with regional RCE team to deliver a differentiated RCE experience for physicians and clinical support teams in ASEAN. I will lead the execution of cutting-edge remote case support projects from pilots to execution to drive growth and revenue. Besides, I will serve as a primary resource for remote case support technology platforms education and overall physician experience, and collaborating local marketing team to understand the requirement of physicians and clinical support specialist.Fully involve in Intervention Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Peripheral Intervention, Urology, Endoscopy, Neuromodulation and Structural Heart.

• Deliver daily & weekly performance report about APAC market, manpower, warehouse inventory & company performance• Forecast, analyse, interpret & define data patterns for operation strategies• Ensure operation budget by comparing / analysing actual result with plans and forecast • Monitor performances of trip, formulate quality control and improvement plans• Enhance bike deployment and maintenance plan for each APAC country with data analysis of demography & social

• Evaluate economic and strategic costs / benefits of driver-partner programs and work with management to execute those strategies• Driver incentive: Check and approve of driver incentive and corporate with Finance /Sales/Business development/Customer Experience department to ensure all data of incentive is accuracy and proper for next process• Driver training and acquisition plan: considering & creating trainings and recruitment result & provide the summary of training statistic• Promotion update: Coordinate with sales & Marketing department for issue driver promotion• Lead driver-partner engagement efforts which includes: -Planning and execution of engagement events and initiatives -Development & execution of clear driver-partner communications across all owned channels• Generate driver performance reports as source of analysing & review driver’s performance based on daily job completed and active status• Develop & maintain driver’s quality• Monitoring and reporting team objectives achievement to Head of Operations• Implement motivation, encouragement and supports drivers-partner have healthy working environment• Checking feedback of driver, application, and other concern to Driver problem, preparing letter to driver in case of BAN or suspended• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product, focus on initiatives to improve customer experience and to drive both user/driver growth and engagement

• Coordinate with warehouse and sales team on delivery of POSMs• Tabulate all the sales invoices and calculate dealers & sub-dealer’s sales achievement• Track the sales that being made for each campaign and promotion.• Procurement-Preparation Performa Invoice and Delivery Order to outsource company• Assist in Marketing campaign & programmes-Verification and confirmation of procedure and progress of whole duration (Pre & Post).
