Judd Wire is a high technology wire company and is part of the Sumitomo Electric Industries (SEI) worldwide family of companies. Three Major Accomplishments include: Team building- collectively worked with associates across organizational lines and developed the CSI program. Continual Safety Improvement allowed for every employee on every shift to electronically send ideas to secure center where ideas were reviewed and acted upon. Realizing an immediate 80% decrease in potential accidents. Employee Relations- Without direction, developed and implemented the orientation program for incoming employees following through entire process including weekly training assessments.
