Current• Manage and mentor a team of four Business Analysts.• Participating in pre-sales meetings and performing demo sessions for new prospects.• Performing demo and training sessions for existing customers.• Working on multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives.• Managing multiple concurrent ongoing projects to meet customer deadlines and objectives.• Collecting and analyzing customer information and formulating the scope and strategies for solution implementation.• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, solution architecture, and the development team to determine the best solution.• Prepare, edit, and maintain workflows, processes, training, and work specification documentation.• Performing solution configuration and creating Functional Design Documents (FDD).• Testing and validating system configuration and customizations.• Conducting requirements review and solution walkthrough sessions.• Providing end-user training and support.
