Air Import Team Lead
Responsible for A-Z functions for all air import operations for Orlando, Tampa, and North Florida. Responsibilities include arranging pickup of goods at origin countries, track and trace, maintaining relationships with local ground handlers and airlines for maximum efficiency/reduced transit times and costs for DGF MCO and our customers. Ensuring proper documentation for US customs clearance/release is secured and checked for accuracy prior to arrival in the United States to reduce all possible delays between arrival at port Orlando to customer's door.Internal duties include A/R and A/P functions for all air import business, P/L reporting, maintaining and reporting MCO station KPI scores for both air import and air export products to ensure exceeding scores for maximum customer satisfaction. Maintaining close relationships with Orlando, US, and international sales representatives to secure present customers and onboard new business for continued growth of the MCO station.
