During the couse of my time with Aon Hewitt Navigators (formerly Senior Educators) I was involved in almost every area of the business.My start was as a Benefit Advisor. From there I Trained a group of Benefit Advisors and brought them to the call center as their Team Lead. After a tremendously successful annual enrollment, I was given the opportunity to manage the entire on-going Sales team.
