The Case Manager provides administrative and programmatic support to all of the program services, with key responsibility to promote the program in the community in order to recruit applicants and worksite partners, and community based organizations.The Case Manger monitors work sites and management and to develop and maintain relationships with work sites as well as internal and external community relationships which help facilitate internship identification and placement of participants in internships, employment and vocational training, college and credentialed trainings in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations and in view of participant goals and skills.
