Primary role is to manage the packaging design and printing process for over 25 of the nation's largest retail brands. Also guiding customers through artwork development and helping them to understand & comply with dairy labeling guidelines. Have attended over 100 press views for various packaging projects using my trained eyes to ensure graphical reproduction meets customer expectations.In house creative designer & photographer for various projects and marketing needs (advertising, web, product development, company newsletter). Additional contributions: Responsible for maintaining customer databases updated with the information necessary to manage their business with AOD.

Started at Minute Man Press as a press operator. Moved to pre-press department from there. Learned how to make film, strip and burn plates for production and helped install and operate their first digital image-setter. From there I moved upstairs to the digital pre-press operation (QVS Imaging). While there I performed a variety of tasks such as: preparing files for print, designing a wide array of business materials, troubleshooting press issues, customer service, and finally managing the department.

I produced a variety of sheet fed print jobs ranging from single color business documents to 4 color process marketing materials on multiple presses. In order to expand my knowledge of the printing process, I took on many other roles within the shop. I spent considerable time doing paste-up, making and developing film, stripping, plate burning, equipment maintenance, customer service, digital pre-press, scanning, digital printing, ink mixing, and design.
