During my time with skiKrumb I worked with a small startup team to bring the skiKrumb Tracker to market with multiple ski resorts.Some of my day to day duties included:- Performed end to end testing for the skiKrumb Web & Mobile App- Performed end to end testing for our ski school software- Wrote automated test scripts with Cypress to run against new builds of our software- Wrote documentation for feature- Wrote all of the FAQs for our help section of the skiKrumb apps and maintained our Supabase DB entries for them- Provided feature testing support for all new features being added to our apps and tools- Project management of task & bug boards- Setup and maintained BotPress chat bot- Monitored email, hubspot tickets and webchat to provide customer support as needed

I graduated from the Art Institute of Vancouver back in June of 2009, with a Diploma in Game Design. While there, I had the opportunity to work on an Award Winning (PopVox New Media B.C. Best Student Game Project) full conversion MOD of UT3, called TikiWiki. The MOD project can be viewed at http://www.tikiwikimod.com/ During the production of our MOD, one of my duties was Lead Level Designer. This included but was not limited to, directing the level design team to create the funnest levels possible, re-iterate levels to optimize flow and gameplay experience, and using UT3's Kismet scripts to create unique and entertaining gameplay features.I feel my experience over the past 2 years, through a 3.5 year condensed course, has not only prepared me for the work load, but also has given me the opportunity to hone my abilities to truly be an asset to a team environment in the Games Industry. I love to learn new things, and thrive in a creative environment. Working with a team has always been fun for me, and I try to learn as much as I can as well as share what I learn with those around me.

I volunteered to help run events through this LAN center, and assisted my friend in running the front desk when he needed to take some time off. We ran Lock-Ins, which were all night gaming events that provided kids with an alternative entertainment choice instead of partying and getting into mischief.
