Created and implemented policies, called and interviewed applicants, set up schedules, organized hotel arrangements, updated brokers and customers, made sure everything ran from the top down in a timely manner, and provided general support to the administration.

I was a certified Red Cross lifeguard. I managed a pool with about 15 employees under me, I did the day to day responsibilities at the pool. I made sure the pool was running smoothly, had the right chlorine and pH levels, made and adjusted the schedule every week, went to manager meetings, and most importantly made sure everyone was safe.

I interned in the office of Pediatric Surgical Associates. I learned filing, record keeping, working with excel spreadsheets, formatting word documents, and shadowed the office administrator as she performed her daily tasks.

I got promoted in my second season with Carowinds to a manager. I had great experiences in placing associates in positions, sending them on break, and then sending them home. I also had experience in ordering new stock, managing the warehouse, and dealing with various customer issues that arose.

I was a Games Associate working 40 hours a week at the theme park Carowinds. This was my first job and I got a lot of great retail experience in dealing with massive amounts of money and people all at once, while also selling the product.
