Brief secondment to help the Hosting Services team process old jobs in their queue after I had left Australia.Responsibilities included DNS, DHCP, Samba and queue management. Following Change Management was a must.

I was seconded into this position and initially hoped to stay in it before I got engaged and decided to move to the US.Duties included working with MS Exchange, sendmail, postfix, Sophos Puremessage, Sun Identity Manager, mySQL and queue management. Following Change Management was a core requirement as well.

Casual for 9 months before commencing full time employment.The Helpdesk provides support to University staff and students on University systems and staff computers. The Helpdesk was a great place to get a good understanding of the University and to pick up skills in a wide range of systems. In my time at the Helpdesk I also had several secondments into other teams or as a Senior Helpdesk Officer and once as a Team Leader.
