Owner of a mental performance company focused on the performer as a whole. Grounded in person-centered work, I strive to help people unlock the best version of themselves. I do this via a strong mindfulness background and an in-depth understanding of how this connects to other mental skills that unlock peak performance. Though young in my field, I can lay claim to a poster presentation, lecture, and workshop at my field's most important conference, the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). My love for people and seeing them become the best versions of themselves drive me to be the best version of myself every day.
