• Manages giftable division (drinkware, stationary, paper boxes, gift sets, wrapping paper, paper bags etc) production from concept, development, order placed to shipment• Negotiate with factories on styles and lead times, based upon efficiency, capability and budget • Collaborate with over 25+ factories in China, Taiwan, Vietnam and India establishing partnerships that allow for best cost and lead-time negotiations• Streamline communications within internal cross functional teams (sales, design, and product development) and international factories.

• Reviewed architectural plans from client, for commercial renovation and new ground up builds, and distributed to necessary sub-contractors to gather prices for a complete job proposal to submit to customer• Applied for permits, supervised all sub-contractors involved and scheduled inspections to ensure all construction was completed on schedule and within budget, in order to gain certificate of occupancy
