Actively monitored, and triaged international authentication issues during the 3DS 1.0 sunset-Analyzes, investigates, and assesses activity (billions of no card present transactions) on multiple levels in the International 3DS authentication ecosystem. -Performs necessary triage and escalates to appropriate parties as necessary.-Incident response for various Windows OS platforms: investigate, diagnose server issues, read logs, troubleshoot and triage. -Use Cloudflare F5 Load balancing, and LogicMonitor to analyze network performance and issues. -Monitor and track certificate expiration to ensure all certificates in the chains are up to date.
