Casino Services Technician's core responsibility is to troubleshoot and resolve semi-routine technical issues by:•Carrying out activities and services related to installation, servicing, maintenance and upgrading of gaming systems and equipment.•Development of semi-routine techniques and approaches.•Resourceful problem solver who can troubleshoot in a Casino Services market environment.•Executes assigned projects and casino services activities.•Makes pre-installation site visits to identify parts and wiring requirements at customer location.•Performs all prep tests including assurance that hardware, firmware and system interfaces are accurate and functional via:•Installation efforts: Delivers and installs product on customer's floor•Hardware and software conversions and upgrades•Performs assigned portions of planned preventative maintenance•Responds to customer issues for games and system interface•Identifies and coordinates ordering of parts when needed•Supports software and system integration verification tests for jackpots•Performs accurate and timely tracking and reporting on activities utilizing SAP and other software tools•Tracks labor and tracks and reports issues through AR and Quality Control•Inputs SAP transactions and logistics
