Serving the public as either a government attorney or a private sector public interest attorney since 1985.The bulk of my experience is as a government lawyer for governments including the State of Alabama; the City and County of Montgomery, Alabama; the Federated States of Micronesia; the Territory of Guam; and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. While most of my legal practice has been representing state, national, and local governments, I have also practiced law on behalf of Legal Services of Guam and on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama.Specialties: Constitutional law and civil rights, administrative law, motion practice and appellate advocacy.
