As the District Office Manager for ABSS in SLC, I was in charge of paying the bills, On boarding new hires after training, entering all the district numbers, and other office related duties. I also assisted with training and Recruiting.

I am the first line of Management contact at my local site. I manage the day to day operation at my assigned site which includes Scheduling, Payroll, working with the public, upholding AlliedBartons high standards, and maintaing relations with our on site client.

I managed the Security team at the assigned site. I did Scheduling and conflict resolution. Maintained a relationship with the client in so much that when Wackenhut lost the contract my team was requsted by the client to be transfered to the new company AlliedBarton.

I Managed the Sales and Service side of the company under the General Manager. I checked our job sites for quality and assited the salesmen with makeing new contacts and maintaining our current clientele. Assited the GM with scheduling and payroll. Represented the company at events and large jobs.
