Developed FSQMS (Food Safety & Quality Management System), GOP (Good Operating Practices) and PRP (Prerequisite Programs) manuals in order to obtain HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Certification.Responsible for quality assurance of grains and grain by-products to minimize losses and maximize revenues. Also monitoring current and forecasting future volumes at all SK plants to ensure operations of buying, cleaning and storing of clean grains and by-products was not negatively impacted.

Responsible for all aspects of Operations at this plant including buying, receiving, cleaning and shipping of lentils and peas. As well, coordinating with the other three (3) SK plants to meet budgeted annual shipping requirements.

Responsible for all aspects and methods of parts delivery to Weld production floor to meet strict OK off line and OK to ship budgets. Also coordinated production line changes - tear down / set up for model year changes and inventory management.

Supervise East Plant Weld department including: up to forty (40) welders, machine operators and forklift operators over as many as three (3) shifts. Participate in daily Ops meetings to address safety, quality, production and cost metrics. Manage inventory and equipment during product line changes and / or change in build rates. Work closely with Fabrication and Assembly departments to ensure adequate receipt and delivery of parts to meet production and shipping requirements.

Managed operations of Rail division including fifty (50) lease / owner operators that provided P&D (pick up & delivery) services for both rail and road divisions and seven (7) P&D Coordinators (dispatchers). Managed physical properties and operations at six (6) unmanned terminals across Canada used by both road and rail divisions. Responsible for efficient asset utilization (800 - 53-foot rail containers, 200 chassis).Other roles include: International Van Division Manager, Systems Analyst, Traffic Manager, Planning Supervisor, Planner (freight coordinator), Dispatcher.
