• Monitoring, planning and coordinating the pickup and delivery progress of freight over local and long distances routes• Identifying and fixing constraints and issues and communicate and coordinate with drivers, other planners, dispatchers and customer service representatives• Identifying new market and business opportunities and establishing the transportation service cost• Cultivate and maintain customer satisfactions• Managing about 40 000$-60 000$ a day in pickups and deliveries• Respond to call for emergency• Dispatching and planning evening operation of Calgary and Edmonton city
