Initially served in an executive capacity responsible for the overall leadership of al business development and marketing activities including all proposal and qualification submittals. In addition to these responsibilities, heavily involved in all lump sum bid submittals and various management administrative functions.Presently serving as a consultant on an as needed basis.Accomplishments include:-Established several new client relationships and developed significant client database.-Developed and maintained relationships with numerous qualified local subcontractors in various trades.-Created numerous promotional marketing materials including company brochure.

As Regional Director, I was responsible for the most successful marketing group in the organization. Responsibilities included the day-to-day management of the group which consisted of Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, Coordinators, and Graphic Designers. In addition, I was responsible for managing major complex proposals under tight deadlines, as well as various administrative duties including developing and managing of marketing budgets.Accomplishments included:-Provided overall direction for proposals which accounted for over $4 Billion in awarded projects-Managed proposal development team resulting in the $1+ Billion Metlife Stadium Project contract award. Proposal recognized by the client as "World Class".-With my combined leadership, mentoring and marketing skills, the New Jersey office consistently led the country in awards during my tenure as head of the Marketing Department.Successfully supported and provided guidance and leadership/direction to regional marketing staff in the New York, Philadelphia,Boston, and Rockville, MD offices.-Consistently had an annual success rate of over 50% for proposal submitted under my direction.

Supported all business units in the preparation of proposals and contract negotiations. Specific activities included the review of commercial sections of RFPs and the development of commercial exceptions and comments to the client terms and conditions, in addition to establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Accomplishments included:-Assured all vendors and subcontractors met Y2K compliance. Developed and implemented policies and procedures used to substantially reduce risk to corporate contracts.-Responsible for the management of 3 major existing contracts, as well as several pending contracts.-Successfully prepared and negotiated two large cooperation/consortium agreements.

Provided management and preparation of both government and commercial proposals as well as detailed statements of qualifications.Accomplishments included:-Awarded $1.2 Billion contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Led proposal development team for this pursuit which was the largest proposal ever submitted by the company.-Played a significant role that led to the award of the EPA Region II Remedial Action Contract Proposal valued at $250 Million.-Lead coordinator for the $192 Million Fernald Waste Pits Remedial Action Proposal.-Implemented and managed the Modular Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) effort for the company, which involved the development of thirty (30) promotional marketing documents, for a variety of services and technologies.
