My name is RJ and I currently work in healthcare security. I have a very diverse and unique background that includes a litany of environments and various roles. My most prominent experience comes from 8 years of military service as a Military Police Officer, 4 years of clinical nursing experience as a Licensed Nurse, and 4 years of Health security in which I have held various positions. I love working in a fast-paced environment where my skills and knowledge are consistently challenged. I enjoy learning in every aspect and consistently strive to improve myself personally and professionally. I look for every opportunity to help those around me and impact an individual life or community through my caring and compassionate demeanor and diverse knowledge base.My time in the military instilled in me characteristics that will not be found elsewhere, such as dedication, integrity, loyalty and unwavering perseverance to accomplish the mission. The military and medical world have provided me with many skills that translate to the corporate world. I possess a unique strength in communication, leadership and creativity. My most current task has been the creation and deployment of various training topics to security and medical professionals across two hospital campuses and 10 outlying clinics across two counties.In my spare time I love to ride my dirt bike, hunt, mountain bike, partake in various outdoor activities and more importantly nurture my wife and kids.
